Elections are about the future.

But for a few minutes, we’re going to look beyond elections to the past and future of technology here in Chattanooga - specifically, big data.

On our campus - the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga - Dr. Mina Sartipi directs the Center for Urban Informatics and Progress.

This weekend, she will be one of a dozen local speakers for a virtual TEDx talk, dubbed “Scenic City Stories” - on Sunday, from 2 PM until 7 PM.
