Skin diseases were common in the desert, and God's people needed a handbook to know how to deal with every one of them: scabs, rashes, boils, swellings, open sores, etc. God has given us the handbook of His word to warn us against unattended skin diseases in our souls to ensure they don't spread and cause isolation from His body and our calling from God. Allow the Holy Spirit to inspect you daily so that you remain in healthy communion with Christ and His church.
