I Interview the author of the book "At The Bat: The Strikeout That Shamed America" which GoodReads ranks the 13th best Baseball Novel of all time. Del Jones opens up about making the tough calls as a ref, and how he climbed the later so quickly from small town papers to USA Today.  Its a great conversation on the MLB now recognizing the Negro Leagues as pro leagues and how that will effect the Record Books.  Also Jackie Robinson wasn't the first Black Player in Major League Baseball, but we talk about the last one before him in 1884.  You will love this conversation as we take a trip down memory lane. I interview Texas Black Sports Hall of Famer Byron BK Williams.  A great conversation on achieving, and the power of words.  Byron has served as the President of the NFL Players Association, and holds a seat on the NFL Alumni Association Board overseeing the Dallas, Houston, Denver and San Diego Chapters.  He has hosted Mini Football Camps for kids for 26 years and has his Best wishes Foundation.  This conversation is so much more than the work he did in between the lines, but the legacy he still commits to outside of it.  Enjoy

I interview Former Montreal Alouette 6X All Star Chip Cox.  After 13 years in the CFL and now 2 years off, Chip is still wanting an opportunity to finish his career the way he wants.  This is a great conversation because during his playing days Chip didn't do many interviews, and now I know why.  He wanted to spend as much time with his family as he could while still playing the game he loves.  He tells some great stories of growing up in Ohio, getting to Ohio University, and maneuvering his way through Pro Football.  We talk about our dislike for each other that stemmed from being competitors.  You will see what Chip's driving force was, and still is today.  Enjoy
