About 43,510 units were sold in the United States and 4,000 were sold in Canada online at lexmark.com, CDW Logistics, Tech Data Product Management Inc., and Insight Direct USA Inc. between June 2018 and November 2024.
Immediately stop using these recalled printers and contact Lexmark at 1-866-470-1574 or email [email protected] for a free repair part that addresses the issue.
