Jesse Bradley is a former professional soccer goalkeeper who played in the US, Scotland, and Zimbabwe. While he was in Africa, he was taking a prescribed medication to prevent malaria, and it built up toxic levels in his system. He was fighting for his life for a year, and it took 10 years to recover. During this time, his life was transformed in many ways including a new mindset, habits, identity, and most importantly, the grace of God. He graduated from Dartmouth college with a degree in psychology, and also has a master’s degree in theology. He now serves as a pastor in Seattle at Grace Community Church. Jesse and Laurie have four children, dog named Bella, and new hamster named Kiwi.
