Today I'm focused on "soft skills". Society is so connected to cell phones, television, video games, and apps. We have forgotten our soft skills. This is not just face-to-face communication, but also talking within groups or writing thank you notes. These soft skills translate into all relationships; family, friends, siblings, as well as co-workers and customers through our work. Soft skills are essential to our lives, and we all need some practice. This episode is a reminder of what soft skills are essential.
