Spring flooding is a worry in some parts of Minnesota in large part because of heavy winter snow. Minnesota State Climatologist Kenny Blumenfeld joins the Linder Farm Network to highlight some of those concerns and explain why the chilly spring conditions are helping reduce some flood risks.
