Why do we question?

Why do some things seem straight forward and some things confusing, contradicting, questionable? I believe the latter is because the Holy Spirit, the Guidance Councellor, isn't involved like He should be.

The secrets of God and of the bible are revealed to those who dive in deep and seek the answers.
