“…There are LGBTQ organizations all across the country and to have one in Missouri is really important.  Missouri sees all sorts of anti LGBTQ bills.  There were almost more anti LGBTQ bills filed this past legislative session than ever been filed before in the state legislature.  They attack things like transgender students, trans athletes, they would have prohibited trans folks from accessing healthcare, including transitional related care…PROMO and its partners were able to stop all of those anti LGBTQ bills, more than 20 of them..."
