We'll discuss how to banish unintended biases and understand, respect, and incorporate members of the LGBTQ+ community into the workforce while really celebrating their unique talents, skills and individuality.

We're very pleased to have Frank Ojeda, a Senior Associate with the visa and immigration team here at Synechron, Charlotte for this episode. Frank is also one of our regional DEI champions as part of our Same Difference DEI initiative. And Frank will be joined by Shane Windmeyer, Founder and Executive Director of Campus Pride, a US-based leading national nonprofit organization dedicated to building future leaders and creating safe, more inclusive communities for LGBTQ+ people and allies at colleges and universities across the country. Campus pride was founded in 2001 by Shane and offers a really wide range of programs and resources for students and prospective students. Shane is also a nationally recognized LGBTQ civil rights leader and campus pioneer.
