New artists don't know how to launch themselves out stylishly. They don't have enough money to keep them focused on building their careers, they get distracted chasing jobs for money. They don't know the right thing to do to get the real result they want. They engaged in irrelevant activities to make it, but end up leaving them for newer ones to explore. And their inability to publish their own stories on popular magazines and websites.
