LIAM 218 – Focus on What You Want to Feel

One of my favorite mental exercises is to put myself into the future and think about the past. If I have an event coming up, I imaging the event is already over and I ask myself "How did it go?" Most importantly, I ask myself "How do you feel about the event?" By imagining how I want to feel when the event is over, I can actually bring those feelings, that energy, into the event before it actually begins. I recently explained this to a man who has an important interview coming up, and, where he was anxious, he is now excited! Listen as I explain:
