Has someone ever given you a gift and, when you opened it and saw its value, you said "Oh, this is too much! I can't possibly accept this!"? What about if someone simply gives you a compliment? Do you self-deprecate? If so, you really need to hear this message. You ARE worthy of any gift, because the giver of the gift has already determined that. You do look nice, because the giver of the compliment has already decided you do! We need to learn how to recognize the many gifts, in many forms, we receive every day and simply say "thank you!"  Listen as I explain:
