Liam Bowen is the Head Coach at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County a NCAA Division I Program. He played his collegiate career at Macalester College, a NCAA Division III school in the MIAC. He graduated in 2006 and immediately started his coaching career at St. Mary’s College as an Assistant Coach, being there from 2006-2009. Next, in 2011 he was the Pitching Coach at Lincoln Memorial University. Then, in 2012 he went to coach at UMBC, being an Assistant Coach from 2012-2019. In May of 2019 he was named Head Coach at UMBC where he still remains.
In this episode, we start off talking about the effect that pandemic had on his baseball team. Discussing how his team handled it and what they tried to get out of it.
