This week on Let's Talk Leadership, Sandra and Elly are joined by Liam Cadd, Head of Digital Transformation at Sky.

Liam started his tech career in project management, where his passion and drive to solve problems was quickly recognized. He talks to Elly and Sandra about some of the amazing tech leaders he has worked with and been inspired by.  

Liam gets honest with our hosts about mental health, working from home, and how to make sure focus doesn’t drift on a project.  He talks about the balance of having the freedom to operate while being guided and the power of surrounding yourself with good leaders and role models. 

Having been with Sky across a few different roles, Liam is keen to continue embedding diversity and inclusivity in his work and the Sky community. His go-getter personality really shines through as he talks about his passions, and even when sharing his biggest failures!
