Our guest on this episode was born in Madison, Wisconsin and moved to Alaska before she turned 17. She saw a sprint dog race and fell in love with mushing. 
In 1985 she won the Leonard Seppala Humanitarian award, she was named Sportswoman of the year, she appeared in Sports Illustrated, and was the first woman to win the Iditarod. Enjoy this episode with Libby Riddles.
