This week William is back to let us know Thomas Sowell's favorite saying in regards to government regulations, and I'm paraphrasing here: The intent don't justify the means.

We can all agree that we want a better life for the poor and a peaceful, responsive populace, but we just get off the train of gov't will always save us.
