Justice Alito rejected the case over Pennsylvania's act 77 which changed the rules of elections in violation of the Pennsylvania state constitution.

Now Texas has filed suit against four battleground states for holding unconstitutional elections.  This is immediately the Jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.  So far, four other states have openly supported the Texas claim.
