Day 318 of 15 days to flatten the curve

45 Senators voted yesterday agreeing with Senator Rand Paul that the impeachment of a former president is unconstitutional.  That was not enough to dismiss the impeachment but it is enough to show that a conviction is highly unlikely.

Biden's Education Secretary nominee, Miguel Cardona, says that once confirmed by the Senate he will prioritize canceling student debt and free community college.  As a middle-class person without student debt, I am outraged.

President Biden signed four more executive orders yesterday.  The man who called executive orders Dictatorial on the campaign trail has issued 34 of them in his first week….hmm

US schools are about the only schools in the world still closed.  President Biden vowed in his inaugural address to,  “teach our children in safe schools” yet we have seen absolutely no effort to open schools.

Google has stopped donations by its political action committee to anyone who voted against the certification of the 2020 election results.
