She began her career as a college hire at  Liberty Mutual within the Human Resource Development Program During her twelve year career, she has held various roles within Talent Acquisition recruiting for various entry level and internship roles. Her most recent role as Early Talent Program Manager, is responsible for managing the undergraduate internship program which consists of 500 interns throughout the country which most recently had to move the whole program virtually.
