In this special episode of The Ordinary, I talk with Liese Rodger about the ugly truths of racism in America. She openly shares her stories growing up as a black woman in the south, California, and Utah. 

It is my hope, that we can all take the time to listen to stories like Liese's, reflect on our beliefs & behaviors, and strive to make a positive impact on the way we serve as ally's to our black friends, communities, and society.
