Lt. Quention Curtis, aka Lieutenant Q, joins Bruce St. James and Andrea Darlas. He is the founder of the Black Fire Brigade. The Black Fire Brigade is a non-profit organization which trains young adults to become first responders, EMTs, and firefighters.
