In this episode, we welcome back Ruty Rutenberg and talk about how his experiences as a military veteran has shaped his approach to roleplaying. We also cover how roleplaying has helped those who have returned from war and those with PTSD cope and how to roleplay conflict, when for some, it is our nature to always avoid it.

Ruty Rutenberg is the Co-Creator & Showrunner for Maze Arcana. He is an US Army OIF/OEF Veteran, Actor, Writer, Voice Over artist, Podcast Co-Host and Award-Winning Dungeon Master and World Creator.  He is the Dungeon Master of the shows Fury's Reach, Fury's Fate, Orphan Echo and the Inkwell Society found on the Maze Arcana and D&D Twitch channels. Ruty is a writer of gaming content for Dungeons & Dragons and other game publishers; his most recent work is "Xanathar's Lost Notes to Everything Else" where he is the Lead Designer for that supplement. He does work in front of and behind camera on titles such as Argo, Fury, Finest Hours, and The Magnificent Seven and is a proud member of Veterans in Media and Entertainment.
