Erica Soto is a New Jersey–born, Mount Vernon–based Latina artist, entrepreneur, and founder of Enjoy Erica Art Studio—a mobile art experience brand that blends creativity, community, and empowerment. With a brush in one hand and vision in the other, Erica transforms blank canvases into spaces of healing, joy, and cultural celebration. Through her mobile art studio, Erica leads immersive paint-and-sip events, youth empowerment workshops, wellness-focused art programs, and large-scale activations that center storytelling, identity, and accessibility. She is known for her hands-on, heart-led approach that invites people of all ages and backgrounds to connect with their creativity—and with one another.
Erica is a frequent collaborator with small businesses, cultural institutions and events across Westchester and NYC, including her work as an event coordinator for Yonkers Comic Con. Her work bridges the arts and entrepreneurship, serving communities and showing what’s possible when we dare to be boldly, unapologetically ourselves. A proud Puerto Rican, mother, poet, and impact-driven change maker, Erica is building a legacy rooted in love, culture, and creative liberation—inviting the world to make something they’ll enjoy.

Mary Belle is a wife, mom, author, new podcaster, and lover of food. Since graduating college from the University of Delaware (go Blue Hens!) with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management and then promptly never working in a hotel or restaurant afterwards (sorry Mom & Dad!) her career has spanned eight different industries.
Since deciding to cross "write a book" off her bucket list, she's become an author of contemporary romance, soon to be women's fiction and children's books, and now the host of "Life Actually with Mary Belle."
This show will inspire anyone to chase their dreams regardless of their circumstances, remind moms that life as we know it doesn't stop when we become parents, the importance of surrounding ourselves with good people and solid relationships, and a variety of other feel good topics in shorter bite sizable episodes.
