Several of us at Harbor Cov listen to Carey Nieuwhof's podcast and read his blog. His goal is to help leaders and recently he had a great article on advice for leaders. Michael had recently been thinking about a new podcast series and Carey's recent article had several themes that were along the same lines. So Michael decided to do a podcast series reflecting on some of Carey's thoughts as well as his own. This is the first of five in a series.
