I addressed a couple of issues and sit down with a life long friend, Jon Santa Maria. We share a couple stories and talk about his season ending injury, how he dealt with it, and how it transpired into finding a job. 

I sat down and interviewed NCAA division one, all american wrestler Ryan Millhof. We discuss his journey from high school, to college, the up's and downs in college and what he's doing with his life as a NARP.
