Tyler starts the episode describing how he first fell in love with college football. He then tells me how he started working for a Louisiana recruiting service while still in high school. When Tyler was attending LSU, he was a student working in game management and getting up close and personal experience with college football operations. After college, he landed a job at Arkansas and spent three seasons under two different head coaches helping recruit high school prospects.
