Growing up, I've always been told that life gets worse as you get older. Although I can't change what happens, I can change my mindset on certain situations. In today's episode, I talk about how shifting your mindset can help you see things differently.

For the last love language, I talk about the guilt you feel when you buy yourself gifts. I definitely feel this guilt a lot as I always think about where my money could be better spent like on food shopping, or cleaning products. I want you guys to know that treating yourself is completely fine, and is all part of you loving yourself.
