In this episode, i am joined by Olivier Mankondo who is a speaker, author, weight loss and wellness coach who teaches people how to thrive on a plant-based nutrition. He lost 35 Kg ( 5½ stone or 77 pounds) in just 9 months by adopting plant-based nutrition. After making the change in to plant based nutrition in 2016 , he's been able to cure himself of all the chronic diseases he was suffering from(High blood pressure, severe headaches, dandruff, chest pain, back pain, abscesses, heartburns, and a lot of dental problems) and have not been sick for a single day. And on top of that, has been able to slow down my ageing process quite dramatically.He hopes to continue to spread awareness of the benefits of plant based eating to help many people understand what it is really about, and hopefully, they might decide to take the leap.
