2022 has proven a rollercoaster with challenges and new things to face, like any other life. And that is why I decided to share my lessons with you, because even though we all have different experiences in life, some of them are quite similar, and we all want the same thing in the end: love and connection. How we get it will be determined by our personality traits, tools, skills, etc. 

In a nutshell, I have struggled, I laughed a lot, my heart broke three times, I gave it all, and I have cried more in 2022 than in the last 4 years. I hiked Mount Wellington, I visited Tasmania. I moved 8 times, I achieved my work goals, I learnt to dive, and to do inversions and arm stands. I went to an ecstatic dance, and a full moon party. I attended a cacao ceremony, I lived in Bali for almost 3 months on and off. I met amazing people. I fell in love again. I bet for second chances. I lived. And this podcast is the result of all that.
