In our latest episode of Life Happens, we speak with Dee Jas, founder of colourfull (a D&I consultancy/media platform that focuses on the inclusion of LGBTQ and people of colour). He talks candidly about his experiences of coming out as an Indian man and going against the preconceived ideas his family and community had mapped out for him. Beyond this, Dee speaks about gender fluidity and the beauty of life beyond the binary where the possibilities to fully be oneself are to be celebrated, looking beyond gender as we know it and race. After waiting for 30 years to share his true self with those he loved, Dee now says he feels empowered and worthy which infiltrates all aspects of his life today.  Dee, you're awesome, enjoy everyone!
