I've pieced together the words of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Tony Robbins, and Bruce Lee, and Clive Standen Rollo(Rollo/Vikings) in his speech before the battle against his brother Ragnar. The message here is that life exists abundantly all around us. Everywhere you look there is more than one. Everything in this Universe is interconnected through consciousness, but stress causes us to live in emergency mode and disconnects from what is truly possible for us. Let's pay more attention to our hormones. Notice more often when we are in a state of stress and upheaval. Let us stop focusing on all the negativity and lack of resources and just hone in on Love and Reciprocity.

What do you truly wish to obtain when practicing sobriety? For me, it was control over your thoughts and actions. Most people in the realm of addiction recovery claim that hey have a disease.
