Regan has some doubts about the dependability of their temporary host, Bowen Briarhelm. Meanwhile, the children get some hands-on training in the use of weapons, and a crash course in introductory magical theory from Nia. Billy grows concerned over the influence Regan may be having on Jen, but Jen still finds herself in some serious danger.
