  2. Look after yourself by taking yourself out, dress well, buy things for yourself at least once if you don't have enough, exercise too.
  3. Calm yourself down by not taking things to heart no matter the situation.
  4. Think positively because there is a very high chance of a change of circumstance in the present situation
  5. Know who you are is a part of how you can handle any type of situation because you already defined yourself by knowing your strength and weakness that speaks a lot about life.
