Mental Health is really important. I , like many other people hide how we feel or struggle to understand why we feel the way we feel. Often the ones smiling and being there for others are the ones who need help. We can fool people by pretending we are fine when in reality we aren’t and we are stuck thinking people don’t care.&nbsp; I am not normal …I am not okay … am I the only one that feels like this?&nbsp; Let’s chat.&nbsp;I’m sharing my story.&nbsp; You know how they say find your spark?
