As I am writing this, the CoronaVirus (COVID-19) is shutting down the world.  Life is a bit crazy right now.  It is REALLY crazy right now.  And it could be very easy to descend into fear, anxiety, and nervousness. Life is about today and our reaction to it. It is about being present and thankful for the life we get to live everyday.
