I am mindful mayhoose and I’m here to talk about my journey!

I was a full-time criminal, a part time functioning member of society.

I surrendered to the flow of the universe, accepted I needed help & went to rehab on Aug 26, 2019.

When I got back from rehab, I learned to compartmentalize a whole new identity of ‘Mayhoose’ that existed outside of the traumas I knew, to better understand who I was without my traumas.
