Life IS Thanksgiving.
I woke up to a lovely text from meditation teacher, singer and director Michel Pascal just as he was about to hold sacred space for the people of NYC with his live meditation.
His meditation for daily stress in internationally known and the invite recently from Mayor Eric Adams to hold daily meditation times is humbling for Michel as it was his childhood dream to live in the USA, specifically New York.
Michel and I discuss everyday gratitude and ways to honor our ancestors that are no longer with us with reverent remembrance.
