Louisiana has taken a stand for life by indicting a California abortionist accused of trafficking abortion pills into the state, violating Louisiana law and contributing to the death of an unborn child. The Dr. Has been charged with criminal abortion by means of abortion-inducing drugs and the Attorney General has sought his extradition to face justice at Louisiana.  

Abortion providers often bypass state protections for the unborn by mailing abortion pills across state lines, undermining the rights of pregnant women and the sanctity of life.  

The Doctor is seeking refuge in California where Governor Newsome has promised he will not allow for extradition, citing the state’s shield laws which protect abortionists. This has become common practice in pro-abortion states as pro-lifers seek justice for the unborn.
