We all do that. I used to do that when I realized that I’m doing this and this is not good, I started to change. It took almost an year I’d say since I started to finally change it, but hey it’s better than never. Sometimes I still start to get into that headspace, but I catch it like Jackie chan caught the fly with his chopsticks. This helps me stay positive and happy on a more regular basis, while my productivity has even gone up.
