Welcome to my updated podcast. It hit me like a thunderbolt when I was talking with two friends. Am I listening and when I’m listening do I hear what’s being said to me? This podcast particular was inspired by the year I taught meditation in a young men’s juvenile justice facility. Like my previous podcast it was an exercise in going with the flow every class. And it taught me to do my best to be more spontaneous and more flexible. I think in times like these we could all learn from that life lesson.
