On today’s episode, I’m talking with Dana Lis, a sport nutritionist.
Dr. Lis is a registered dietitian (RD), who also has her PhD in Exercise Science, and an International Olympic Committee Diploma in Sport Nutrition. For someone who initially thought she wanted to be a mountain guide, and still spends plenty of time on the mountain, Dana has built an incredible career in sport nutrition. She started her own company, completed a post-doc, designed a sport nutrition mentorship program for Canadian Olympic sports, worked with professional cycling, and worked for two teams in the NBA.
