Nelly Cutz aka Mike Nelson is an 18 year old barber based in Pennsylvania. During the beginning of quarantine, Mike taught himself to cut hair and was able to convince his friends to allow him to give them a cut. Soon enough he had multiple cuts a week and now he's booked up every night. Mike and his business partner Jack, shared how they turned cutting hair into a basement into a full on business.
