There is and will always be a debate on what information can be discussed and what should be classified.  After much consideration and with extreme discretion, I will discuss some methods of training without going into exact detail on implementation.  I will mention names and places, but only in code or terms we would understand.  It is not my intention to make anyone disgruntled or upset because I shared these stories.  More detailed information on Interrogation techniques can be obtained on the internet or even in movies like "Zero Dark Thirty", and cable shows like "Homeland".  The Unit episode where they go to SERE reveals more than what I will.  There is a fine line - and I have tried to walk it straight and steady here on this Podcast - Hi in Hawaii!
