Are you living your life authentically? We all have moments where we just want to hide away in fear of how others will receive us. The truth is, that’s exactly the time when we need to be our most authentic selves. This is, however, much easier said than done, especially for LGBTQ individuals. My next guest is a superhero in the Australian LGBTQ community: Harry Cook. 6 years ago, he started his coming out journey through posting a YouTube video. Now, he’s written a book about that experience called Pink Ink, and he’s living his best life as an actor. Throughout our conversation, Harry shares the ins and outs of his daily routines, writing practices, and how he cultivates happiness in his life. Tune in to hear more about Harry’s experience coming out, living authentically, and pursuing his dreams.Harry’s Happiness Hack: “Happiness, I think, was always defined as…I mean, if you’re healthy and you look after yourself and you try to be a really good person.”Some Questions I Ask:  - How does your coming out experience feel nowadays?
