As our culture moves further away from all Christian influence, many of us are forgetting what it actually means to be a disciple of Jesus. Traveling around the world, I’m often asked, “How do you actually live as a Christian?” Given that both Christians and non-Christians repeatedly raise the question, I’ve decided to devote this 3-part series to it. Our discussion will be rooted in John 15, which offers one of the most fulsome expositions of the Christian life in all of Scripture. In this final episode, we’ll discuss the sobering fact that our obedience to Christ earns us the hatred of the world.
