Did you know that college students are having greater rates of depression and anxiety?  There are things you can do to help mentally prepare your child for the transitions and greater level of independence. In this episode of "It's a Code YOU!", we will go through a list of life skills that will help to build resiliency in your teen and better equip them for all the changes that come with entering college. We will go over emotional skills, communication skills, problem-solving skills and real world practical skills.
