Signs of grief:
👉🏽 #1 Denial = identifying
👉🏽 #2 Anger = PISSED off
👉🏽 #3 Bargaining = pleading with God
👉🏽 #4 Depression= 😒 the silent killer
👉🏽 #5 Acceptance = Understanding that all things come to an end.
Ways to Deal With GREIF:
📌Just breathe! (Incorporate breathing techniques ; taking deep breaths in and counting down to 10 before responding)
📌Being honest with your feelings
📌let it out! (Journaling is a great safe way to release)
📌Find a hobby
📌Exercise
📌Seek professional help (THERAPY IS REALLY COOL GUYS!)
📌JOIN A GREIF GROUP.
📌REST!
