For this week's episode, I thought I'd share a little life update with you and some other thoughts I had on my mind that I felt like sharing...because sometimes we just need some real life, honest talk and a little confidence boost. I share with you a profound moment I had last week on Bub's 40th birthday, a peek inside my fertility journey, how it's going, how I've been feeling, and some things I'm doing to continue supporting my reproductive health, as well as my uncertainty around being pregnant and growing my brand, the podcast, and building this community.

The thing is, we're all going through stuff, right?
