Another Sunday means another podcast! I’m loving this schedule. 

This one is close to my heart. Setbacks are hard for me. This past year I felt like I took 5 steps forward just to take another couple steps back. It’s frustrating and it’s hard to put my anger into words but I filmed this podcast at the perfect time. 

If you listen to the tone of my voice in this podcast it switches from energized to angry to sad to tired. These are all the ups and downs of my mental health, the ride of my life. Remember, setbacks aren’t permanent and they happen to show you truly how much you’ve grown. Don’t let setbacks discourage you or make you feel disappointed in yourself. Use them as a reflection to remember how far you’ve come. 

Never be afraid to put yourself and your mental health first. Be courageous.
